Our customer came to us with a design concept that needed some modification to improve moldability.  Dana made the design changes necessary and built prototype tooling to run parts for materials testing.  Production tooling was built after sample approval with an eye towards current volume and expected future volume.  To ensure 100% quality, individual cavity pressure sensors were installed in the tooling that enable our production equipment to segregate production from any cycle that falls outside of our quality parameter's.  The result:  over 200 million parts shipped with no rejects.
