Caps and Closures

Since our start, Dana has manufactured and assembled billions of caps and closures.  Depending upon requirements, we run single cavity molds to 192 cavity, 10,000 lb. (4,500 kg.), tools.  Our expertise includes unthreading molds, stripper molds, and collapsing core tooling.

Caps and closures are produced using state-of-the-art injection molding technology, allowing us to meet even the most demanding specifications. We specialize in high cavitation and high volume production, and utilize both hot and cold runner systems to match tool cost against expected volume.
